Mental health is not separate from the body. With a background that includes medical training and an understanding of physical health and injury recovery, this practice considers sleep, movement, nutrition, habits, and nervous system regulation as part of mental wellbeing. Care is grounded in science while respecting longstanding wisdom traditions that continue to inform modern evidence-based practice.

Meet Suzanne

I’m an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) offering therapy for people navigating stress, mood concerns, life transitions, and the desire for something different in their lives. I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, build steadier ways of coping, reconnect with their sense of purpose, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, educational, and practical. I integrate insight-oriented work with nervous system regulation, using a blend of creative and evidence-based tools tailored to your needs. Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase of life, processing past experiences, or feeling stuck in old patterns, we’ll work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Outside the office I’m known to spend time in nature (especially wildflower hiking or cross country skiing), indulge in farm-to-table dining with loved ones, enjoy comedy shows, and make music.
